Ghanaian rapper and Reggae-Dancehall artists Sarkodie and Stonebwoy have been listed for one of America’s biggest music festival, Beale Street Music Festival. The 44th edition is set to kick-off at 5pm-11pm on the 1st of May 2020, to the 3rd of May 2020.
Beale Street Music Festival is an American music festival which begins on the first day of the Memphis Folk Festival in May. The music festival usually lasts three days and the first two days are mainly for the unknown or newcomer bands appear, on the third day well-known bands play.The festival has been held annually since 1978 and more than 100,000 visitors take part in the event every year, which takes place in Tom Lee Park at the end of Beale Street .
Sarkodie and Stonebwoy will be sharing the stage with the likes of Lil Wayne, Weezer, The Smashing Pumpkins, The 1975, DaBaby, Billy Strings, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Avett Brothers, Three 6 Mafia, Leon Bridges, Deftones, Lindsey Buckingham, AJR, Patty Griffin and other top musicians, at picturesque Tom Lee Park, a river bluff park overlooking the Mississippi River in downtown, Memphis, TN, at the foot of historic Beale Street.
