Ghana’s youngest female DJ, Erica Tandoh, best known as DJ Switch, performed at the 2018 edition of Goalkeepers hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The event’s purpose is to bring together emerging and established leaders in government and business, activists and performers. In attendance at the event was Emmanuel Macron, the president of France.

Tandoh picked up her DJing skills with the support of her mother who had urged her to participate in the 2018 Talented Kids competition after 5 days of training. She was tutored by DJ Scratch, DJ Fuad, DJ AB. She was also tutored by DJ Black, during the Talented Kids competition.

Erica went on to win the competition that year. DJ Switch was also awarded ‘Discovery of the Year’ at the 2018 Ghana DJs Awards.

DJ Switch has won the hearts of leaders worldwide. International artists Common, Naomi Campbell, and many others have expressed their support for the young and talented DJ Switch.
